Other than that, Sams Town would have my vote.and get a room with an atrium view so that you can watch the light and water show through the window. If you and your wife want a night alone or to do some gambling in the hotel together, you can put your daughter there for 4 hours of supervised fun (for a charge of course). The one big plus that Sunset Station has is the kids quest child care facilities. It also has a food court in the atrium area away from the casino. The plus it has over Sunset station is the great atrium area with the waterfall & light show. Everything else you need is inside the hotel. At most, you might walk to the Walgreens on the corner or Walmart across the street. If you go out, you'll drive, take a ride service (taxi, uber, lyft) or take the free shuttle bus. I've stayed there a dozen times, both with and without my kids.Įven if it were, you aren't gonna walking around the neighborhood to see the sights. Sams Town is not in a 'rough section of town'.
